This field examines human behaviour in a work environment and its impact on job structure, interpretation and communication. Organizational behaviour is a systematic branch of study and understanding of how people act within the company.

Organizational climate is how employees perceive the work environment. It has relative endurance of the internal climate experienced by its members, influences their behaviour and can be represented in terms of the value of a particular set of characteristics of the organization. It is an essential expression of what the organization stands for. It is qualitative and gives a different identity to the organization.
