Chemical Equilibrium Constant:
The equilibrium concentrations of gaseous and aqueous reaction species in a reversible reaction, are related by an equilibrium constant "Kc" at a given temperature. The expression used to determine this "Kc" value depends on the stoichiometric coefficients of the reaction species involved. Therefore before you can write the expression for "Kc", you must balance your reaction equation.
