It includes the prevention of conflict, identifying issues, and developing and implementing a plan to address the issues. Conflict can be destructive or constructive. Destructive conflict is negative and leads to disagreement, disharmony, and sometimes violence. Constructive conflict is positive and leads to better decision-making, innovation, and teamwork.
